CDC releases Integra version 6

CDC are proud to announce that it has recently launched version 6 of its already powerful Integra software platform.
Version 6 is fully compatible with Windows 7 as well as all previous Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Version 6 of Integra adds useful functionality.

• The Integra client applications have been updated to provide a more modern looking user interface which follows the Windows Vista and Windows 7 style guidelines.

• Multi language support. All applications are now built with the Unicode libraries. Integra has UI language resource files for English, Chinese (Simplified) and Swedish.

• The Integra Server Services are now run as Windows Services with no graphical user interface. The new Integra Services Manager application is used to manage the Services.

• CDC Integra now supports built in secure communications between servers, workstations and satellites. Uses the Secure Sockets Layer (v2/v3) and Transport Layer Security (TLS v1) protocols.

• The configuration of the Integra Server Services is now achieved using the new Integra Configuration Tool. All user actions are logged to the audit trail.

• CDC Integra uses Microsoft SQL Server as the default database engine.

• The Integra Comms Server now enforces licensing information stored in the hardware dongle. This limits the number of workstations and number of satellites that can connect to the Server at any one time. CDC Integra v6 requires a v6 enabled dongle.
