CDC Building Manager
Building Manager is a network-based information management system, specifically designed to manage building electro-mechanical operations. It controls mechanical and electrical equipment such as HVAC, refrigeration and lighting, providing optimum environmental conditions.
The challenge: to provide an intelligent building management system that will:
- Inter-operate with existing BMS, security, energy, fire, life and safety systems
- Interface with new and legacy electro-mechanical equipment
- Use common networking and communications standards
- Inter-connect across geographically dispersed real-estate portfolios
- Enable inter-operability with enterprise management systems
CDC meets this challenge. We are uniquely experienced to meet this challenge with our Building Manager Application, powered by Integra™, which integrates all building management systems, including incident detection, video monitoring and communications, into a single management user interface.
Building Manager
- Graphical and geographical representation of entire sites
- Creates and manages controlled zones of operation
- Accessible from LAN, WAN and Intranet/Internet networks
- Real-time information from a single source
- Integration of existing sub-system management - capability to add new sub-systems
- Centralised access control, monitoring and tracking
- Consistent incident and alarm functionality across a wide range of monitored sub-systems
- Scenario simulations for training
- Audit trail with unbiased, ‘forensic’ analysis
